4. Setelah pembeli mengirimkan formulir pemesanan melalui email/PM/SMS, Eternity akan mengkonfirmasi total harga beserta ongkos kirim. Ongkos kirim ditanggung oleh pembeli. Ongkos kirim sesuai dengan charge kurir yang digunakan (Wahana, Tiki, JNE, MPS, PT. Agung, DHL, FED EX).

5. Skin akan diproduksi sesudah transfer diterima. Sesudah transfer dilakukan diminta mengirimkan SMS konfirmasi ke nomor 0816-420-7354/PM kaskus/email/YM

6. Produksi skin kurang lebih selama 2 hari. Sedangkan pengiriman bervariasi sesuai dengan lokasi tujuan, biasanya antara 1-3 hari. Jika lewat dari seminggu skin belum diterima, diminta untuk menghubungi Eternity, dan Eternity akan mengirimkan no resi yang bisa dicek langsung pada kurir yang bersangkutan.

7. Jika skin yang diterima dalam kondisi:

• Rusak
• Tidak sesuai dengan pesanan (hanya jika Anda mengukur sendiri laptop Anda)

Maka pembeli akan mendapat ganti skin baru dalam tempo 2-3 hari
Pembeli diminta mengembalikan skin tersebut ke alamat Eternity Design

8. Setelah menerima skin, diharapkan memberi konfirmasi atau testimoni
